Women’s Prize Shop – Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love everything you buy from the Women’s Prize Trust, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was shipped.
If you would like to return an item, please write to us at email@example.com quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we have reviewed your return request, we will provide you with a return address and unique reference number. It is important that you include the reference number on the label.
If you have changed your mind about your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty, in which case shipping costs will be refunded with your item.
We advise using a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. Please obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to us, as failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Items must be unworn and unused, with any original tags still attached.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this (the exact amount of time will depend on your card issuer's policy).
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order via our online shop. You can return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
