Returns

We hope you love everything you buy from the Women’s Prize Trust, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was shipped.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order via our online shop. You can return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our returns policy.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping in the UK and internationally. We aim to dispatch all items within 5-10 working days of receiving your order, and you will receive email confirmation once your item has been shipped.

UK standard, 3-5 days from date of dispatch: £4.50

Rest of world, 10-15 days from date of dispatch: £14.00
